Edward Dill is a master juggler, overseeing all aspects of Aptus’ human resources needs: recruitment, retention, training, and benefits administration. Having studied at the University of North Carolina, Greensboro, Edward spent many years in training/development, human resources, and operations for such notable retailers as The Gap, Restoration Hardware, The Fresh Market, and Starbucks. In his current role, he enjoys “creating a culture where integrity, honesty, and hard work create career paths for our employees.” When he’s not managing human resources, Edward likes to hike, scuba dive, snow ski, and read.
